GO Project Website Redesign

Story-Driven Digital Experience

Overview

Following the organization’s rebrand, I led the complete redesign and build of the GO Project website—transforming an outdated, confusing platform into a modern, story-driven digital experience. The goal was to clearly communicate GO Project’s true mission: strengthening families through community and commerce, not operating as an orphanage. I translated the new visual identity and messaging into a cohesive web experience that guided users through who we are, why we exist, and how to get involved.
• Translated the new brand system into a digital design language for the website.
• Directed UX and visual design from wireframes to final build.
• Defined layout grids, color application, and responsive behavior for all devices.
• Built and launched the new site in Webflow, optimizing for accessibility and load performance.Coordinated with internal teams to align copy, imagery, and messaging across every page.

Takeaways

This project reinforced that digital design for nonprofits isn't about aesthetics — it's about orientation and conversion. A visitor shouldn't have to work to understand what you do or why it matters. By anchoring every layout decision to the mission narrative, we created a site that didn't just look good — it performed. The 150% traffic growth was a byproduct of getting the story right.
